Leith Festival's developing Youth Strand was at the heart of the launch this year. Jessie Csere held the Kirkgate mesmerised, and stole the show with her dances to Elton John's songs from the Lion King Twisted Tails ATS bellydance group embraced this year's Monster theme with two barnstorming performances, and Tony Delicata led the Leith Community Theatre's players in getting the whole Kirkgate up and dancing. The event took place on Friday June 10th 2011.
